REBL Creative is not responsible for lost packages. All items are hand-delivered to the nice lady at the post office. You will receive an email with the tracking information for your order once it has shipped.

For repair or replacement, please contact us at reblcreative@gmail.com. If available, customer pays shipping costs to and from unless otherwise discussed.
